Advent marks the season of preparation for the celebration of Christmas. Contrary to widespread practice, this time of Advent is not a time for Christmas music but a time for reflection and attentiveness as we prepare our hearts for the winter in a hopefulness for our future together.

ALL MUSIC SUNDAY
My Favorite Things- Our Director of Music Ministry, Natasha Steinmacher, will share reflections on 20 years at UUCCH; lessons learned from running, meditation, poetry, and music; and her hopes for the future of Unitarian Universalism.
This special service will feature music from the UUCCH Choir, Handbell Choir, UUkulele Band, Natasha, and special guests. Please join us for cake following the service
Due to the predicted cold weather on Christmas Eve, the 8 pm Candles and Carols service will move indoors to Fellowship Hall, and at the end we will process out with our candles to sing Silent Night in the beauty of the Labyrinth. Music handouts will be provided, and candles for sharing the light. Everyone is welcome, please bring a mask for singing indoors, and dress for the weather if you want to process outside with us at the end.
