Dragonflies dance as they dart by; Their whirring wings sing a lullaby.
Bumblebees buzz a melody sweet. Caterpillars tap their many feet
Oh, happy hearts beat just like drummers as June brings on the songs of summer!”
Let’s welcome summer as we share and celebrate poems about nature and the environment.
The summer solstice is a time to reflect on how we mark the passage of time, the fleeting days and hours, and the mearning of daylight in our lives.
This past year has been a challenging one for all ages. Let’s let some joy in the room! Please join our Children’s Faith Engagement program, 3 graduating High School Senior Youth, and LFE program for an exploration and celebration of how staying committed and connected has helped us all survive. We will have participation from all ages, as well as have a special recognition of our bridging senior youth.
