Split Plate Recipient, February 2021: NAACP Branch 2080

The NAACP was founded in 1909 and it’s mission is to secure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights in order to eliminate race-based discrimination and ensure the health and well-being of all persons.   The Camden County branch, founded around 1941, is driven by a single goal; “to do our part in making the world a better place for all”.

The CCNJNAACP has various committees that focus on issues such as education, health, political action, legal redress, environmental justice, economic development, and housing, and among others.  They also welcome new members to the chapter.  Learn more about their initiatives and/or become a member at https://www.naacp.org/membership, for Camden County Branch, Unit/Branch # 2080.
