The Long and Short of It

February is the shortest month of the calendar year, and yet sometimes it seems to go on and on and on. What is it about the nature of our experience, our hopes and our fears, that bends our perception of time? How can we live in the flow of hours and days to bring joy and gratitude into every moment?
