Since joining UUCCH in 2018, Sharon Hardy has kept busy. As chair of the Leadership Development and Nominating Committee, her work has included organizing the Leadership Council, a group offering leaders from church teams a way to meet, share, and collaborate. Along with her husband Walt Nadolny, Sharon has led bird walks on the church grounds and maintains a UUCCH bird list. This past year, they established the Environmental Team, which offers ways for congregants to take action on environmental social justice issues. Sharon’s involvement at UUCCH has also included Fellowship Groups, the Lifespan Faith Engagement Team, the Flower Ministry, the ZoomCrUU that got us through the virtual-only pandemic days, and teaching workshops on Revolutionary Agreements—all this while also hard at work as a member of the 2024 Minister Search Team.
