Infant & Toddler Care
Room C201
Every Sunday from 10-11:30 a.m., our nursery caregivers offer a safe and caring play environment for children aged 0 to 2 years old. You need to sign your children in on the attendance form when you drop them off. Please also sign them out when you pick them up.
Children may be left in the care of our qualified caregivers, or family members may choose to stay with them. Our nursery offers a bright, clean environment for play, and an out of the way place for parents to calm a crying infant, to nurse, or to do a quick diaper change.
If you leave your child in the nursery, you have the option of taking a pager, which we can use to call you out of the service if necessary. If you do not take a pager, please leave our caregivers with specific instructions regarding the circumstances under which you would like to be called from the service. Parents should leave the necessary supplies and instructions to change and/or feed your little one.
Please note that the nursery is equipped for infants and toddlers only. Children who reach their third birthday on or before September 30, 2007 are considered preschoolers and should attend the Chalice Children class. If you believe your child is not developmentally ready for the preschool class and should stay in the nursery, please speak with the Consulting Minister for Religious Education and Pastoral Care, Julie_Ann Silberman-Bunn.
