Children in grades kindergarten through five generally attend the first 15-20 minutes of Sunday services with their families.  After the “Story for All Ages,” the children gather with their RE teachers in the Commons and proceed to their classes.  All classes end at 11:30 a.m.

On the first Sunday of each month from October through June, our young people do not attend the Sunday service.  Instead, they go directly to Fellowship Hall at 10:15 am for Children’s Worship.  We try to incorporate some of the same elements found in adult worship, but we realize that movement and hands-on activities are more meaningful and developmentally appropriate for children in this age range.  The RE program is designed so that all children in K-5 work on the same RE topics at the same time.  Children’s Worship topics are scheduled to maintain the continuity of the classroom curricula.
