June 7: Learning is a Team Sport

Service Leader: Paula Gribble, Director of Lifespan Faith Engagement

We can learn some things on our own, but the best kind of growth comes when we learn together. Join Paula Gribble, Director of Lifespan Faith Engagement (LFE), along with members of the LFE Team, Teachers, and the children and youth of UUCCH as we celebrate the last year of Faith Engagement and the first full year of LFE. Come see how team learning supports growth and deeper connections!

June 21: What's Wrong with Them?

Service Leader: Lisa Winkler

Today’s media exploit our insecurities and prejudices to build a nearly impenetrable emotional wall that prevents us from viewing those on the other political side as fellow humans. How can we break the cycle of polarization and invest in one another to rebuild our failing human infrastructure. Our UU principles call on us to bridge this divide, particularly the Seventh and proposed Eighth Principles.
