International Dinner

Social Justice's Most Exciting Night of Fun

The Social Justice Committee plans the longest running social gathering of our church, the International Dinner. Our well-traveled church members decorate tables with authentic items from a variety of places like Japan, Ireland, Mexico, and Transylvania. Attendants prepare food for eight people from their own ethnic roots or create a foreign recipe they enjoy. Ask people who have attended. The food gets better every year. Some of us dress in beautiful costumes, and most of us enjoy learning International Folk Dances. It's the perfect opportunity to revisit and celebrate global cultures in the comfort of our own Fellowship Hall with our church friends.

All this can be had for $10 to help support Social Justice Projects. Hosting a table, gets you a ticket for free. Helping with this event will increase its success and your pleasure. Please contact Sue Camlin to host a table, to volunteer, or for more info on the 2012 International Dinner.
