The Human Resources Committee provides guidance and oversight to our paid Church staff members -- the Consulting Minister for Religious Education and Pastoral Care, Ministerial Intern, Music Director, and Church Secretary.

They serve as a liaison between the staff, minister, Board of Trustees, and the larger congregation to answer questions, coordinate grievances, and to assure that all parties are being treated fairly.

When needed, the Human Resources Committee recommends and drafts new employee policies to the Board of Trustees.
