This year’s theme has our wizard (Steve Sharp) at the helm once more! Dust off your ruby slippers and get on down the road!

Like Dorothy, if we head down the road with an open mind and a kind heart we will find new friends and have wonderful adventures!

Tickets$15

What your ticket gets you:

  • Unlimited food and beverages served up by Tin Man Bistro
  • 5 Basket Drawing tickets
  • Silent Auction bidding
  • Voice Auction bidding
  • Parties/Dinners/Events sign-up
  • Ability to purchase Basket Drawing and 50/50 Raffle Tickets

Check-in and bidder number assignment 6PM-7PM (bidder number required for all purchases except for items in Doc Brown's Laboratory)

  • Tin Man Bistro 6:00-9:00PM
  • Silent Auction and Event Sign-ups 6:00 to 7:30PM
  • Voice Auction begins  7:30PM
  • Basket Drawing winners announced 8:45PM
  • Check-out available 8:30PM to end
  • 50/50 Raffle Winner announced after Voice Auction

Events/Dinners/Parties

  • Sign-up sheets will be posted on the wall of the Gallery downstairs.
  • These are 'fixed price per person' items and have limited space.  Be sure to note the date they are being held.

Silent Auction

  • Silent Auction items & bid sheets will be available in Fellowship Hall.
  • Write your bid, along with your bidder number
  • There will be a description of each item along with the item itself OR a photo of the item for you to view.
  • Bids will be accepted until 7:30PM, so check back often on the items you want to win so you can continue bidding as other express interest.
  • Bid sheets will note a minimum bid and a bid increment.

Basket Drawing

  • A number of items & baskets will be on display in Fellowship Hall and available as part of the drawing portion of the auction.
  • Guests can purchase drawing tickets & allocate them to whichever baskets or items they're interested in.
  • Drawing tickets are $10 for 10 tickets or $20 for 30 tickets.
  • Ticket costs are conveniently charged to your bidder number.
  • Winners names will be pulled around 8:45PM by the Auction Chair.

Voice Auction

  • The voice auction begins at 7:30PM.  Let the wild rumpus start!
  • The Auctioneer will open bidding at the minimum bid for each item.

50/50 Raffle

  • Tickets are $5 for 1 ticket and $20 for 5 tickets.  The price is charged to your bidder number.
  • Half of the monies collected will go to UUCCH the other half will go to the winner. The more you buy, the bigger the payout!
  • The 50/50 pot will be final item awarded at the end of the auction
  • You can also pre-purchase 50/50 raffle tickets with cash during coffee hour on Sundays prior to the auction.  You do not need to be present the night of the auction to win.

Proxy Bidders:

  • If you cannot attend the auction but wish to bid on items or sign up for events, you can designate a proxy bidder to act as your agent.

Childcare Details:

  • Free childcare will be provided for children ages 2-12 years old* in Classroom 202.
  • Children must be registered for childcare no later than February 21st so that proper childcare staffing can be scheduled.
Please Note: The childcare room, supervision, and snacks are for children ages 2-12 only.  Children ages 13-18 are welcome in Fellowship Hall with the payment of admission.
